Experts from the Council of International Schools (CIS) arrived in the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Almaty.
A well-known organization in the world was created to promote the highest standards and the latest achievements in the field of education. The Council includes representatives from Lebanon, Great Britain, Turkey, Scotland, Tatarstan, Russia and Kazakhstan. The accreditation process consists of 4 stages. School achievements will be evaluated in 7 categories and more than 200 areas.
Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Almaty has already successfully passed two stages of international CIS accreditation. The current stage is the most time consuming part of the accreditation process. During the week experts will analyze the school activities and are acquainted with the educational process, evaluate the quality of education and monitor the performance of students. Experts also plan to meet with the teaching staff, students, parents and members of the Board of Trustees.
After all procedures, experts will report the results of international accreditation. The certificate from the International Council of Schools will open up great opportunities to compete with the best foreign educational institutions, as well as broad prospects for achieving the highest quality education.
