From 14 to 20 April 2018, the delegation of Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Almaty for the first time participated in the XI International Festival of Art and Science-2018, held in the town of Los (France). From our school 21 pupils took part in the festival, this pupils attend elective subjects of the French language at school.
Our students demonstrated the traditions of the Kazakh people, sports games. Also shown the concert program performed folk dances, cuies and songs.
The brightest and most memorable event was the parade of participating countries. All participants were in the national costumes of their countries, carrying with pride the flag of the republic to the sounds of dombra.
Our students also visited the sights of Paris: the Eiffel Tower, personally saw the famous treasures of the Louvre, the pearl of Notre Dame, swept along the Seine.
This is an excellent opportunity for school pupils, participate in such kinds of events, study the culture and language of another people.
