Graduates of the Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools 2018 were among the best freshmen at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and received a special scholarship for international students from the university.
The award ceremony was held at the university with the participation of Professor Timothy W. Tong, president of PolyU, and Professor Geoffrey Q.P. Shen, Interim Vice President of PolyU. In the 2018-2019 academic year, more than 100 Entry scholarships were offered to new international students, including graduates of the Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools in Almaty: Akhmet Guldana, Ali Adil, Amangeldy Meruert, Kassen Shyngys, Kelis Adiya, Kim Robert, Korganbayeva Tomiris, Koshym Togzhan, Shelemba Kristina, Uskembayeva Aruzhan, Yerkin Zhansaya, Zhakezhanov Ali, Zholdybekuly Madi, Zhumasil Yerkebulan.
